Credit reports are only free once a year. If you have done it recently you may have to pay. Also sometimes it costs money to have a paper copy. If you choose to view it online you will have to open a new tab to fill out your paperwork and go back and forth.

Some times not all the information is accurate. In my case I just filed on ALL the information; it is the same price to file if you are doing it yourself.
